Spiritual Coaching: In this step, I will offer personalized guidance to help you navigate your spiritual journey of healing. Together, we will explore practices, find tools, insights, and next steps that align with your path to self-empowerment. Whether it be to calm those negative thoughts, to empowering your true authentic self. In this process we will use practice and practical tools to help align you with your highest being.
